1. If you dont have a password yet, on the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the option. 

2. Tap Settings Security and Privacy > Device Password

3. Switch On the Device Password and enter your preferred password.

To lock your device, do this:

Press and hold the Power/Lock key on the top of your device. Tap .

If you want to lock your screen with a certain amount of time, do this:

  • On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. 
  • Tap Settings > Security and Privacy > Device Password > Lock Device After Screen Lock.

If you want to automatically lock your device when its in a BlackBerry case, do this:

  • On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. 
  • Tap Settings > Security and Privacy > Device Password > Lock Device When Holstered.

After you set-up or finish the settings, to unlock your device, press the Power/Lock key on the top of your device. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. When prompted, enter your device password.

To make another call while you’re already on a call:

1. Tap on Add Call while you’re on a call. Take note that while you make another call, your first call is automatically put on hold.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 to add more people to the conference call.


To remove people from the conference call:

1. View the conference call participants by tapping.

2. Remove a person from the call by doing one of the following:

• To remove a person from the conference call and hang up, tap

• To remove a person from the conference and keep them in a separate call, tap




How to Answer Calls Automatically on BlackBerry Q10

3. Set the Automatically Answer a Call When Connected to a Headset switch to On.

Your calls will automatically be answered after 5 seconds when you turn on this feature and you have a headset connected to your BlackBerry Q10.




How to Print on BlackBerry Q10 Using the Print To Go Software

First, you need to download the Print To Go software.

1. On your computer, try to print an item/file and choose Print To Go as the printer.

4. If you want to print multiple devices, click Add Another Device. Just make sure that it is associated with your BlackBerry ID.

To reset your pairing password, tap Reset.

Password Keeper is an application in BlackBerry where you can saved all your passwords. This can also be used in generating a random passwords that contain numbers, letters, and symbols. This application is designed to encrypt your passwords to protect them. The Password Keeper also decrypts your passwords so you can see them when you type your password.

How to Factory Reset BlackBerry Q10

To perform a master reset, follow these steps:

1. Back up all data on the internal memory.
